With your sexual draw to Man Crushes, you two have confirmed your homosexuality to me.

Love your show.

Great show as usual guys. Glad to hear the positive remarks in regards to the Firefly cast and Nathan Filion.

Hmm. So I guess I'd have to come up with girl-crushes.

Gina Torres might count.

I suppose I should amend that to be Zoe from Serenity/Firefly.

once again, no need for apologizing for a long show. bring them on. and we have the full capability of quitting iTunes or going to tune in our library, don't forget.

keep up the great work. I'm now completely perplexed and upset at myself that I still haven't caugt 'Capote' or 'A History of Violence'. Do you suspect 'History' will be mostly overlooked by the SAG and Oscars?

Bah. In this 2005 round-up, half the films still haven't been released in the UK yet. History of Violence has, of course, but I missed the bugger. Amazon rentals, I think...

Paste magazine just told me to watch Capote, too. I feel like I missed a day of school. I guess I'm going to have to see it.

Hey I heard you guys say that Kate Winslet was going to play the Scarlett Johansson role in Match Point.

Kate Winslet I think was originally going to paly the Emily Mortimer part.

I don't believe that's the case... the entire cast was going to be British, then Winslet dropped out and they made it for an American.

Adam, I think you right. I got the information from imdb.com. Checking other sites, it looks like Kate Winslet was originally going to play the Scarlet Johansson part.

You were right, I was wrong.

Your show is great.

Kate Winslet was originally cast in this film as Chloe Hewett Wilton, but backed out in order to spend more time with her family

This was copied from the IMDB. I think another actress was in mind for Scarlett's part but there was no one. Or maybe Emily Mortimer was supposed to play Nola.

Hey guys,
great show as usual. I'll second what Brandon said in that you shouldn't be embearessed about having a long show, that's what the pause button is for. I was happy to hear that you guys finally checked out Oldboy. I'd also suggest seeing his first film J.S.A. A great list overall and can't wait to listen to you guys in 2006.

I can't even bring myself to watch the online clips of Match Point - it looks that bad! Not even the gorgeous Scarlett would be enough to make me watch it... maybe

I'm a little late to the party on this, but great show guys. I just stumbled upon your podcast and have become instantly addicted to it! You two do a stupendous job.

I really enjoyed your top ten films podcast. My #1 film of 2005 was also 'A History of Violence', so needless to say, I love your guy's picks. Great job.
